Purchasing a Gift Certificate

Using a Gift Certficate on a Web Order

1. After you are finished adding items to your shopping cart, proceed to check out.
2. On the Billing Information page under "Instructions or Comments?" enter a note saying you are using a Gift Certificate.
3. Important! Please include:
   • the $ amount of the Gift Certificate
   • the red number in the upper right corner
4. NOTE: There is NO charge to use a Gift Certificate on an order.
5. If you don't spend the entire amount of the Gift Certificate, you will be given credit on your Plant Delights customer account unless you prefer to have the credit balance refunded.
6. If using a gift certificate and the order total exceeds the amount of the Gift Certificate, your credit card will be charged for the full amount and the amount of the gift certificate will be refunded when the order is processed.
7. We'll take care of the rest!
