Hosta 'Ginsu Knife' (Hosta 'Iron Gate Supreme' x Hosta 'Green Fountain') is one of the most unique and recognizable hosta introductions in recent memory. The 4' wide clump (plants in the ground are much larger than the registered size) is composed of long, wavy, green leaves with an amazing wide, serrate border which emerges yellow, then ages to cream.
