(aka: Zephyranthes FM #06) Zephyranthes 'Lydia Luckman'...what a breakthrough! Actually, I don't know if Lydia is a breakthrough, but she is a lifelong friend of Indonesian rain lily breeder Fadjar Marta. Her vigorous namesake produces amazing 3" flowers that have a base color of peachy orange (RHS 37C). Each petal is highlighted by a wide, central yellow stripe. The second day, the flower changes to light pink with a white central stripe. For us, this prolific flowering selection starts around late June...rain permitting. I've never seen anything like this in a rain lily before...bravo! Pot size: 24 fl. oz (709.77 ml)
