Open House/Web-Only! This old apomictic hybrid (seedlings are clones of the original) is a tough and durable bulb for the garden. For us, the flat green foliage, to 10" tall, is home to 10" tall, stalks starting in early June (NC). Each stalk is home to a silver dollar-sized flower of a lovely peachy pink (RHS 70D), while the petal backs are brushed with a slightly darker blush (RHS 70B). Each clump produces a number of flowers which continue throughout the summer...usually 2-3 days after each rain. We have found it to grow well in both sun and light shade...very easy!
