(aka: A. filifera var. compacta) Agave filifera ssp. microceps is a small growing but nicely offsetting form of A. filifera that can form large colonies in excess of 3' wide. A. filifera ssp. microceps hails from the west Mexican state of Sinaloa where it can be found growing on steep, rocky, forested slopes between 700' and 1500' elevation. The 1' tall x 1' wide clumps are composed of narrow, flat, green leaves highlighted by random white markings. Pot size: 24 fl. oz (709.77 ml)
