Open House/Web-Only! New crop available 9-2-2010 Baptisia 'Screamin' Yellow' is a selection of Baptisia sphaerocarpa from native plant guru Larry Lowman. Compared to our Texas and Oklahoma collections, the leaves on this Arkansas selection are slightly larger and more yellow-green. In our gardens, Baptisia 'Screamin' Yellow' makes a 3' tall x 5' wide deer-resistant clump, topped in late April/early May with stunning 11" spikes of bright yellow flowers. For a drought-tolerant perennial and a great spring show, it don't get no better than this. Pot size: 24 fl. oz (709.77 ml)
