(aka: D. atrata) This medium-sized, semi-evergreen Chinese fern is a distinctive addition to the woodland garden with its very dark-green, heavily textured foliage and black stipe (sort of like a petiole)...well, it's awfully hard to describe a fern, but this one is really nice.
